All sash windows are manufactured in-house at our London workshop using traditional joinery methods and high-quality hardwood or Accoya wood.
With over 35 years’ experience, we produce handcrafted sliding sash windows & casement sash windows for period homes, listed buildings, and properties in conservation areas. Always made to match the original detailing while meeting modern performance standards.

Sash Upgrade
Windows
Where original frames remain in sound condition, we offer a sash upgrade service that retains the existing frame while upgrading the moving parts.
New sashes are manufactured in Accoya or hardwood, incorporating heritage double-glazed units, traditional mouldings, and full draught-proofing.
Where possible, original timber box frames can be carefully restored, with sill replacements, hardwood splicing, and epoxy resin repairs used to extend their lifespan and maintain historic integrity.

Complete New
Windows
Where the existing windows are beyond repair or a complete renewal is preferred, we manufacture and install full new timber casement windows to suit the period and style of the property.
Each window is produced in Accoya or hardwood, with traditional flush casements, solid glazing bars, and a range of glazing options.
Our casement windows are built to match original details and the requirements of conservation officers and heritage architects.

Repairs/Restoration
Windows
Designed to extend the life of existing timber windows and doors while retaining as much of the original joinery as possible.
Depending on the condition of the timber, we can carry out epoxy resin repairs, sill front repairs and replacements, lower-half replacements and putty fronting, along with other remedial works where required.
By carefully repairing, we can help restore the appearance, performance and longevity of the traditional timber joinery .

SASH UPGRADE
Replace Only What’s Needed.
At Landmark Windows, full replacement isn’t always the answer. Alongside complete new windows, we offer our specialist Sash Upgrade Service, allowing customers to retain their original box frames where they remain in good condition.
We manufacture new bespoke timber sashes to suit the existing frame, incorporating modern glazing, draught-proofing and traditional detailing while preserving more of the property’s original joinery.
This provides a cost-effective alternative to complete replacement, reduces unnecessary disruption and, importantly for period and heritage properties, helps retain the character and original fabric of the building.
