At Landmark Windows, our project management approach is centred around providing personal, knowledgeable support from your initial enquiry through to manufacture, delivery and installation. With decades of experience in bespoke timber windows and doors, our team is on hand throughout the process to provide expert advice and ensure every detail is carefully considered.
From the early stages, we work closely with you to understand your property, requirements and preferred style. Our team can advise on timber selection, glazing options, paint finishes, ironmongery and traditional detailing, helping to create windows and doors that complement the character of your property while delivering modern performance.
For period properties, listed buildings and conservation areas, we understand the importance of retaining original character. We specialise in matching existing features, including mouldings, glazing bars, sash horns and traditional proportions, while advising on appropriate glazing and performance options.
Once your project progresses, our experienced technical team carries out a detailed pre-production survey before manufacture begins at our Waltham Abbey workshop. Your project is then carefully managed through each stage of production, from bespoke joinery and factory spray finishing to glazing and final quality checks.
For installation projects, we coordinate directly with our own installation team to arrange suitable dates and ensure the transition from manufacture to installation is as smooth as possible.

Our workshop is equipped with a wide variety of specialist joinery machines, allowing our experienced craftsmen to machine each component accurately while retaining the traditional construction methods that define quality timber joinery.
We continue to use proven techniques such as mortice and tenon joints, creating strong, durable connections that have been trusted by joiners for generations. From machining and assembly through to hand-finishing, every window and door receives the attention to detail required to achieve an authentic, high-quality finish.
